2025-2026 Head Start Round-Up
Head Start Round-Ups are happening this summer for the 2025-2026 program year for eligible children aged 3 to 5 years (2-and-a-half-year-olds are welcome).
Document checklist:
-2025-2026 application
-Copy of birth certificate
-Copy of income statement(s)
-Copy of medical insurance card(s)
-Copy of any special services (IEP, IFSP, Referrals, OT, or ST)
-Copy of Tribal ID
-Immunization Record- ONLY if out of ND state
