Meet The Team

Rosalyn Marcellais was born and raised in Belcourt, North Dakota, and earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Healthcare is personal to Marcellias, and she is committed to improving it so that families and future generations can benefit from our work today. Marcellias has also worked with Native associations in the Bay Area and Alaska to improve Native health. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and fishing. She is very happy to be back in North Dakota and appreciates the beauty of this part of the state.
